Operating since 1993, Raşen Tekstil has been functioning as a fashion institute for us for almost 30 years, with its production quality and customers based approach. The seeds of Ra Denim have been sowed by Serhat Çalış in 2017, who channeled his know-how in this institute into a brand that focuses on customer expectations and lifestyles. Ra Denim has been established in 2017 as a brand that intends to bring a breath of fresh air into the denim market with its unique philosophy and high production standards.

Ra Denim’s mission is based on creating a superior denim brand by bringing together the finest fabrics with the best craftsmanship. A philosophy stemming from the free and comfortable lifestyle of denim culture lays in the core of this mission. All the moments and components of life matter for Ra Denim.

Our production process starts with coming up with special designs.

Ra Denim’s purpose is to provide its consumers style and comfort, but to offer a genuine style, genuine designs have to be created. Genuine designs, which have been formed according to the expectations and imagination of the consumers…The fabric of the cuts designed with this motto deserves the same attention. 

We choose our high quality fabrics delicately. Fabrics that are sometimes threw away in the denim industry because of their high costs and sometimes because they are not even aware of their existence, brings Ra Denim designs to life. Seeing our brand finding its way into some most inspirational stores in sophisticated denim markets, such as Germany and Japan, addresses that our brand vision finds a solid response on a global scale too.

Considering jeans as living beings sharing memories with their wearers, we offer Ra Denim customers repair and renewal services as a new standard in after-sales support.

We evaluate a vast variety of fabrics to achieve creative designs that blend the “Ra Denim Spirit” with the contemporary denim trends in a perfect mix. Without skipping the tiniest details, we follow the global progression of our market to work with the right fabrics and washings in our production. This philosophy also applies for all of our non-denim production.    

When we select our fabrics, comfort is our primary criteria. We know that “being comfortable in daily activities” is of great value for everyone. Achieving this comfort even in tightest fits is only possible with the appropriate fabric choice.  

Latest high-quality fabrics, didn’t yet find their ways into the production line or plan of many well known denim brands, are often used in our designs. We believe that this is the right path to reach our high standards. 

“Choosing the right fabrics that resonate with the spirit of our particular designs and fits” is the other important criteria for us. The perfect thickness and elasticity for every fit… We put great attention to every detail because little details create the big differences in life.

Most of us live in cities. Even if we decide to leave the city, we still remain strictly rooted to it, as all our friends and family are there. Therefore comfortable but stylish  fits that match with the intensity of urban life shape our design philosophy. During the development phase, while experiencing with our own product patterns; we also like to go to the rural areas, stay alone with nature and discover new places. The scope of Ra Denim style includes being both stylish, comfortable and natural. 

We design denim for people, who take productivity, self sustainability and sharing as priority, as they enjoy live. For us a Ra Denim design should reflect the taste of people with not only pleasure and functionality expectations, but also meaningful ideals… Therefore as we develop our designs, we think, work and move together. Together with our consumers… Designing according to the feedback of our consumers is one of the favorite parts of our job.

As we produce our unique designs with a focus on finest quality fabrics, we adopt an eco-friendly production philosophy. We intend to act with responsibility and sensitivity in a world where human related activities cause an increasing damage to our environment each and every day. 

We accept a sustainable life and production style as the only choice for our planet or future and thrive together with the developments and innovations in these fields. 

In addition to switching to sustainable washing techniques that use ozone-technology instead of environmentally hazardous chemicals, we also work on integrating recycled materials and organic fabrics into our production line. All according to a plan for adapting into a fully sustainable operation.
